We offer an online self-assessment tool (the PMX Test) designed to help users identify and understand their personal strengths. Optional paid products may include personalized result reports and follow-up recommendations. Additional services (such as coaching) may be offered separately in the future.

The PMX Test is for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a diagnostic or psychological evaluation tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

To access the PMX Test, users are required to submit their first name and email address. This data is used to deliver personalized results and relevant follow-up content. By submitting your information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials (if login access is added in the future) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prices for any paid services (e.g., test result reports) are shown clearly on the website. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. All prices are stated in euros (EUR).

A purchase is deemed complete once payment has been successfully processed. You will then receive access to your purchased content via email or download.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving any reason — unless you have expressly agreed that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends.

Important: By purchasing a PMX Test result report and agreeing to immediate access, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with §356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code). This is necessary to instantly receive your personalized report.

All content on this website, including the test structure, design, branding, and result reports, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the content without our prior written consent.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the PMX Test and its results for private purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the PMX Test for unlawful or commercial purposes

• Provide false information during the test process

• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate the test or reports

• Disrupt or interfere with the functionality or availability of the site or service

We reserve the right to block access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We strive to provide our services with care and attention. However, we do not guarantee that the PMX Test or any part of the site will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Ditzingen, Germany, provided you are not a consumer.

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
